Circus

The circus figures portrayed here point to the symbol of the carnivalesque. This backstage vision culminates in the vicissitudes of the magician who unsuccessfully tries to give us back the illusion. It emphasizes the contrast between false enchantment and the precarious and discontinuous dimension of these lives of ephemeral splendor.
